Service is poor. And I threw that $12 worth of frozen yogurt in the trash it tasted old and bitter as if they don’t clean out their machines. Bring back better customer service and better ice cream shops.

I was here when the reviewer below paid for her pistachio yogurt, LEFT the building, assuming she ate it, then came back in empty handed and demanded a refund.The patron was incredibly rude despite the young lady working at the counter letting her know that there was no manager on site. The employee handled the rude customer with class, which she did not deserve. Never in my life have I seen someone complain that YOGURT tasted like DAIRY!!! Then eat it all and want a refund.Whatever you are paying the young lady that had to handle that rude customer that night, it is NOT enough. She was polite and patient in spite of the customer acting incredibly rude.

Amazing customer service! Every time I come in I’m always greeted by friendly and wonderful staff, it’s always clean and yogurt always tastes amazing!! Keep up the good work ?!!!

I really enjoy the Pistachio frozen yogurt from this place. On June 2nd, 2023, I ordered a bowl of Pistachio frozen yogurt. After taking a bite, I noticed it tasted like pure milk, which triggers my GERD. I informed the second young woman working there about the issue immediately after purchasing. She responded with a bad attitude and claimed there was no manager present. I believe a manager should have been on site, as these young women did not appear to be 21 years old. I tried to explain my difficulty digesting the yogurt, but she was uncooperative and kept arguing with me. It seems like there may be an issue with the mix they use, as she blamed it on that rather than taking responsibility for the store. I have been getting the Pistachio frozen yogurt from here for years and it has never tasted like a glass of milk before. She should work on adjusting her attitude before someone else does it for her.
