Bidrage med feedbackThe facility is amazing but I will never book another kids birthday party here. I started booking my son's birthday party here at the beginning of Aug for September and I never could get anyone to call me back to discuss or explain how birthday parties worked. Every time I called I would get the run around or told someone would call me back and never got a call back.Fast forward to the day of the party.. The time in the party room was rushed as they only give you 45 minutes. So basically by the time you get the kids fed they are pushing you to sing and do cake.Overall the kids had fun but there are other places that do it better for around the same price.
I love pinstack. Staff are always very friendly. Pinstack locations always have a Tuesday half off deal and that is when I love to come. I live in Plano but sometimes I make the trek out to this location because of the game variety. Robert is a great team member and was really nice during my visit. I have been visiting both locations of pinstack in Plano and Allen for over 5 years and loaded $1000+ in game cards. I see no reason not to come back. Robert deserves recognition!
They have bumper cars, bowling, pinball, and so much more and the best part is all video games are half price on Tuesday. Great way to beat the heat and have a fun family night out.
We had a neighbors gathering here with our 8 kids and 3 sets of parents. It was great for our kids to be able to run around and play games and hang out while we parents visited. We ordered the King Pin Pizza and a few appetizers which was more than enough food to feed all 14 of us. Overall we had a good time.
We were so excited to go to PINSTACK finally- we were happy to see they were open till midnight on Sundays, and after a long day we got there at 10pm and could find no one around. We saw a sign at the entrance to the restaurant stating This section closed , so we walked into the bowling area where we saw a few people standing around to ask. There was one employee helping several customers in line. There were two other employees- one behind the counter with a gray shirt and glasses, and another outside of the counter with long hair and a ponytail and a black shirt just standing and talking. Both of them turned and looked at us, and the guy with the black shirt walked away. The other did not acknowledge us, so we walk closer and asked if the restaurant was open and he just threw his hands up in the air and said I don 't know? We asked again, You don 't know if the restaurant 's open? and he just said no , turn back around with his back toward the entrance, and sat there. The other employee had a line of customers that he was helping, and this guy could care less about anything that was going on, couldn 't answer our question or find out, was clearly irritated that we had interrupted his conversation with his coworker, and wouldn 't help us. I 'm sure this isn 't what is expected, but this was our first experience. I 've read a lot about PINSTACK, and would like to try visiting a location, but it probably won 't be this one. Not the employees are going to act like this. And if the restaurant isn 't going to be open until closing time, there should be hours posted.
