Great place. Had a rocky experience once, contacted customer service and was fixed very quickly. I get coffee here daily, curbside, through the subscription. Very consistent now, very friendly and prompt service.

OooRah! Open for dining in although with the wonderful TX fall weather eating outside would have been OK. Take advantage of the parking garage nearby to get out of the sun. We had a seasonal soup and new sandwich menu item. Delicious. We have eaten at other locations but first time here. All the expected virus precautions in place so its safe place to eat. Good for them spending money on wheel chair lift to customers can sit in the upper dining area. Drink cups and lids can be recycled.

Great service and staff! The food is always served hot and the location also follows covid guidelines.

The food is tasty as always, but what impressed me most is the friendly customer service. The manager noticed I was accidentally overcharged and brought it to my attention. Not only did he refund my money but he comped one of my soups as well. Thank you for going above and beyond.

We loved Panera but they discontinued the cream of chicken and wild rice soup in Texas. Let us know when you bring it back.
