Chick-fil-a - Allen

You screwed my order and gave me a used gift card to fix the problem. Customer service has decreased due to people who do not speak fluent English. You do not care about quality food or service.

What can I say? Everyone knows Chick-fil-A is the best fast food place you can go through, the Drive-Thru lines are incredibly efficient and I think other places should adopt the same technique. The staff is always fantastic, I never had a problem with the wrong order and never had a problem with the freshness of the products. Food: 5/5

My daughter wanted to eat here and everything I ordered for me was a cup of tortilla soup. On the 1st they said they were from the soup and asked if I wanted to submit it with everything. I said no, thank you for making a refund, but I rewarded it. Then they cried that they had something and would put it in the bag, OK great. I'm going back to my hotel, open my soup and there was less than half a cup. I would rather have got a refund

Honestly I never go in here but many years ago did. The lines are mostly pretty fast, they never lack service I have never left without what I asked for because I check my bag before I leave...even so, only a couple times had to ask for something.Food: 5/5
