La Cambra - ALLEGHE

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this restaurant. Location, waitstaff, prices, wine and cuisine were impeccable. This is the place to go for traditional local mountain dishes, but prepared in creative delicious ways. We had amazing dishes...seared duck with fresh berries. Venison goulash, mushrooms and polenta. But my favorite was the pumpkin Casonsei. Honestly, it was the best dish I’ve eaten in my entire life. Please don’t leave the area without sampling this dish. The area is beautiful and I enjoyed the weekend ski trip. But dinner at La Cambra definitely was at the top of my list. I can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing dinner here, I highly recommend the ravioli with smoked burrata! It is also very nice to take a walk along the lake from town to the restaurant.
