Ellados Eikones - Alimos

Eating was ok, but the prices are far too high in general (6€ for a small bowl tzatziki) and service was slow

Lunch time service was abysmal at best! table for 8 was in the sun for most of the time, fan was not “turning”, most dishes were not available due to a baptism party… even wines were not available or “sorry we don’t have anymore of that one”… The greek salad was excellent and so were the fried zucchini. The available main dishes were not worth anything more than in a fast food restaurant. I struggle to give it 3 stars!

Over priced. Staff was nice but the quick us out of our table not allowing us to have a coffee. No very tourist oriented. There web site menu has nothing to do with the menu on the restaurant. Is ok to go because of the location and ambience, but avoid if you can.

TL DR; DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE There went so many things wrong I don't know where to begin... We ordered feta in foil as an appetizer and got sweet fried feta... We ordered French fries as a side dish and but got it even before the feta... Cold We ordered a portion of tzatziki for 5 euro and got that small bowl We ordered crispy grilled octopus, but it was not crispy nor fresh and espacially not tasty. When we complained the manager told us in a very rude way he makes no difference between tourists and local people (I don't know why that's important but it seems to be to him) but probably we don't know how octopus tastes... Well yeah ok thanks sorry nope never again.
