New England Fish Chips Chinese Food

We came to this spot after hearing about it by local foodies. Great recommendation indeed. They have weird hours and were about to close but they went ahead and took our order anyway. 2 orders of fish and chips. We came back 15 minutes later and our order was ready to go. The fish and chips were the most delicious fish and chips I've had in a while. The batter was golden and crispy. The portions were pretty generous. Delicious fish and good service? You can't go wrong with that. They have plenty of other things on the menu. They have many different Chinese dishes too. Look at all that variety, jesus! I'd definitely recommend this place and I'll be back sometime in the near future.

This is for a weekday afternoon review. This is a very small place across from Acura dealer. The parking lot is small but I found a parking spot. I ordered a 3 pc Fish and Chips for 2 people to share. The man who runs the store promised it will be ready in 15 minutes. I waited outside. My order was ready in 15 minutes as promised. The fish batter was golden brown crisp outside. The fish was moist inside. The french fries was just fine, without salt. I will definately return for the fish and chips.

Ok this makes no sense but I HAVE TO contribute.... I 've been patronizing this establishment since the spring and summer of 1986 when Mr. Ming Lu was running the place!!! The food, although not your everyday 'authentic ' Chinese but it was awesome and tasty, and above all affordable. The menu was vast, from Fish Chips to any kind of Chinese you can think of and my favorite items are Special On Rice, and all the Fried Rice (pork, beef, chicken, shrimp)! And occionally I 'll have their delicious Fish Ships. I have been consistently ordering food here all the way up to the late 90s, though not as often even after he retired and someone took over. The only thing is it wasn 't much the same anymore (both price and quality) since he left and I missed the place awfully. It is now even a bummer that I found out that it has permanently closed. A bygone era....gone. Sad.

I was craving fish chip recently and wanted to order from here. Sadly, the place closed. This place been around since forever. I read a review that they had to close due to lease termination. If that was really the case, I really hope they can open else where in the area. I really enjoyed the food here. The family was nice as well. So sad...

Pretty standard fish and chips. Got a combo 1 1 pc of fish 2 pc Shrimp Fries Came with cocktail sauce and tartar. Could have definitely used a wedge of lemon to cut some of the friedness. Some coleslaw would have been nice with a combo. Will go back to try some of the Chinese food.
