Muuuy good restaurant, dishes with the typical taste of Peru, far the best of international food on the central coast. The pisco sour is the root! Every time I go to Algarrobo, I go back to the Blue Aji!

I was surprised at the quality of the food, enjoy an exquisite chicken aji, really good, the rest of the dishes (lomo jumped and chaufa) were very good and tasty. Totally recommended.
