Great Steaks and the To Go service from the Biddeford location is awesome!

Great food, reasonable prices, excellent service and comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely return!

Food and service were great, I was actually surprised at how reasonably priced the bill was!

We got there around 6:45 Saturday night and there was a 45 minute wait (or so they said). The waiting area was full. So I left my phone number and went a couple shops up from there and shopped around. We were at the other shop for about 15 minutes when I got a text. We immediately left the store and headed over to Longhorn. The waiting area was empty but for a couple who came in just before us the second time who were seated before us. They got the last silverware sets so the hosted sat us without silverware. We ordered drinks AND food as soon as our waitress came over. Got up to take my young daughter to the bathroom and by the time we got back (it must have been close to ten minutes) there was a new table seated right beside us, with their drinks AND food. Although my kids got their drinks I was still waiting on my bar drink (which the new table already had) along with their food. Once our food came, I had to ask for silverware because our waitress never noticed, nor did she offer us bread. So we asked for that too. At different points throughout our time there, we’d have to flag our waitress down because she was busy, but only checked in on us once. It was other staff that brought out our food, both the appetizer and main course. Longhorn as a chain restaurant is fine but this particular night in Biddeford, all the stars aligned for really bad service.Kid-friendliness: The kid’s menu is fine. The selection is good between normal kids stuff to a kid’s own steak. The menu, like most chain restaurants can be colored on and they provide two crayons.

Had a great night out to eat with family on the day before valentines day! And it was our waitress birthday. Definitely one of the best service experiences! I hope her birthday went well and that our present to her of a sizeable tip amount helped her in one way or another! Will definitely be back again!
