Wendy's - Alexandria

Great service and consistently good food (if you are in the mood for wendy's).

This Wendy?s has got to be the worst Wendy?s in the franchise history. You are guaranteed that they?ll mess up your order. I wasn?t going to write a review but the owner has got to get a handle on his staff doing order check before it goes out the window. Take this afternoon, I only ordered simple large fries...what did I get, 2 burgers and chicken nuggets. What is going on Wendy?s???? This is probably the third time this has happened to me and my husband. Since I know how the staff is, I make it a point to check my order but I was in a rush today and I left without checking. Big mistake!

Can only comment on my one visit. But drive through attendant was courteous, the line moved pretty quickly, and they got my order right the first time. So no complaints!

I'm disappointed, it was 2330hrs and I asked for triple burger with extra onions, that did not happened. I got my burger and looked inside no extra onions the tomatoes was so old you could see through it. 7 dollars is wasted money to not get what you expect from Wendys. I'm hurt. I know its late at night but we deserve quality food just like the day people.

Pretty awesome burgers and fries. Fast drivethrough too and outside order takers to keep things moving quickly. New menu items to keep things interesting, something for everyone. Great entree salads too with made to order chicken options. Excellent pickles too!
