Subway - Alexandria

Order $30 worth of sandwiches and this is the level of service.... this is subpar to even McDonalds or Burger King.... of course it was pickup so unless you open everyone's order before you leave this is what you get. I'm so disappointed Subway....

I order through the app for pickup 2-3 times per week at this location and it is consistently great. I travel locally for work and eat at subways all over Nova and down to Charlottesville. This one has consistency and quality compared to others. The staff that works weekday midday shift is great. Had an issue with an app order glitch and the employee noticed and proactively canceled an accidental double order- above and beyond!

It?s a sad attempt- service was below par. After the lunch rush- picking up for a neighbor and the subs were wrong. Always check your meals. Especially if you?ve allergies. I won?t be returning to Subway for food for awhile!

Terrible service. For years i have brought my 6 kids to this establishment after softball practice but they always take too long. Today i had a simple order of 32 footlongs and it took them 20 MINUTES???????????? . After contacting management 13 times they finally offered a gift card to silence me of the truth???? BRIBERY I SAY!!! this establishment should be shut down immediately. Just know subway that I will be posting this on FACBOOK, and that you just lost a loyal subway customer since 1998????????????#downwithsubway2022
