Subway - Alexandria

The food was good when I finally got it. I placed an order online at 3:13 pm for 5:00 pm pickup. When I arrived, I had to wait in line just to be told they didn't have my order. Then when I showed my order on my phone, they found the ticket on the counterand said they just got it. I finally got out of the store at 5:22, because they had to make all the orders for the folks in linefirst. What is the point of ordering online if it isn't ready and you have to wait in line anyhow?

Very busy, very clean, very nice, and all ingredients were fresh. My new Subway to get great healthy sandwiches.

I ordered through waitr app and it was saying it had been delivered an hour and half ago. I called them and the manager picked up I told him what was going on and he just hung up instead of communicating like I cant help you with that you need to contactwaitr. Very unprofessional and extremely rude I have seizures and I don't think right all the time and other stuff but the factis how unprofessional and rude and not manager material I will not be ordering from this store ever again! I am furious.

According to the employee that I asked for sweet tea, it?s their policy not to refill the sweet tea container ?late in the day?. It was 4:45pm, so just know that if you go for dinner, chances of sweet tea are slim. Food was pretty good though.

They don't accept coupon WtH
