Sonic Drive-in - Alexandria

I don't go to sonic often but every time I have something is messed up. Today they forgot my son's kids meal. Not part of it but the whole thing. Got the wrong side on my two daughters meals and took forever to do it.

Machines wouldn't run my card an the manager was saying he's gonna make the employee pay for our food. They ended up taking our food back. Good riddance it was cold anyway..

We go here pretty often. Even in these trying times, service is great and food I just right.

Horrible service. Sat in line for an HOUR just to find out they were not serving their menu or honoring their specials. We can't serve ice-cream because we are backed up WTF is that? Lazy is what it is.

The food was hot and cooked for perfection. Drinks were delicious. the people were super sweet.
