Bidrage med feedbackI visited this restaurant to watch the Argentina/Mexico World Cup game and have a few beers. The atmosphere was great, with the walls adorned with patches from police and fire departments across the country. It's clear that this place is a popular local spot, and the beer selection and atmosphere are the main draws. I decided to try the French Dip after some locals recommended it over the Fish and Chips. It was decent, but not outstanding. The quality was acceptable, but nothing memorable.
The happy hour prices for Irish beers are fantastic! I visited this restaurant during restaurant week 2022 and got a great deal for $25. The clam chowder soup was delicious and the pork tenderloin was exceptionally tasty. The Jameson cake was also wonderful. The atmosphere at this Irish Pub is enjoyable and I can't wait to come back. It's definitely my top choice for Irish Pub food and beer in the NOVA area.
This restaurant has the best Happy Hour ever! They offer beer flights, oysters, and some delicious fish and chips. Just be aware that it can be difficult to find street parking, and navigating through the traffic and one-way streets can be a hassle.
Good solid bar food. We ordered off the late night menu so there wasn?t a ton of options, but we?d love to come back during the day. Nachos, potato skins, and fish n chips were all perfectly simple and hit the spot. Decently priced. Live music on a weeknight was aight. Knocking off a star since they have police memorabilia all around the dining room (ew).
We stopped in both nights during our stay for drinks and live entertainment. Maddie the bartender was great. Always there before we we finished our drinks even with the bar full both nights. Never seemed rushed and took the time to answer all the questions we had about the bar. Easily struck up conversations with people who had definitely been there before. Great vibe, friendly.
