Bidrage med feedbackWAY OVERPRICED Chinese food. $20 for noodles in a shallow bowl the size of my hand—literally just noodles w slivers of beef, onion, and bell pepper.
Good food, disappointing service! My husband and I visited this place on a Wednesday afternoon. The atmosphere was super strange when we entered the restaurant there were couple people eating there but nobody was talking. Despite this initial oddity, we proceed to place our order. The waitress seemed very cold and disinterest towards us. Throughout our interaction, she displayed a lack of attentiveness, failing to make any eye contact and neglecting to serve us water until we had to specifically request it…To add to the disappointment, our table was positioned against a half wall, and instead of serving our food directly from the walkway adjacent to our table, the waitress inexplicably handed our dishes while she was standing on the other side of the half wall. As a result, both the dish and the rice were placed on an unoccupied seat, despite the fact that my husband and I were seated on the side facing the walkway (we were sitting on a four people dining table). This blatant oversight in proper service protocol was disconcerting and disrupted our dining experience. We also overheard that the previous customer didn’t left any tip which was not a surprise to me. We needed up left a 15% tip only due to the good food. Regrettably, the poor level of service we encountered cannot be overlooked, and we urge the owner to seriously reconsider employing such an indifferent waitress…
Get the soup dumplings. The noodle dish and mapu tofu we had were also good, but get the soup dumplings.
Wow! This restaurant had everything we were hoping for: hot, fresh, and delicious food; fast, friendly, and welcoming service; a relaxed atmosphere; and reasonable prices... Both my partner and I can't wait to return. We enjoyed the pork buns, pan-fried chicken dumplings, and Chongqing spicy chicken. Everything was tasty and served piping hot and fresh. The service was excellent, with food coming out quickly as it was ready. The pan-fried dumplings took a bit longer, so be sure to order them early. We left feeling very full, satisfied, and eager to visit again.
Kungfu Kitchen is widely known for its delicious soup dumplings, so be sure to try them! The rest of the menu is also excellent. Our favorites include the soups and eggplant dishes. Overall, every dish we've tried at Kungfu Kitchen has been enjoyable, although some were more to our liking than others.
