Jolley's and Lounge - Alexandria

The prices are extremely high for the quality of food and drinks that they serve.

I went to celebrate my bday with family and close friends. Had a blast! The Dj was great!

As a return customer, I am thoroughly disappointed in the service I received Friday night. I suggested Jolley 's for a date night as a result of a previous experience there with: prompt customer attention, good drinks, nice vibes and hookah. However, Friday night was a complete departure from what I have experienced. Firstly, we were never greeted or seated for our reservations. We had to flag the waitress down to get her to our table. A few minutes after receiving our menus, the waitress took them away stating there was no food , which clearly wasn 't true because other tables were being served. She took forever with our drink orders and we had to flag her down to get refills, which by the way we never got. I had to practically go into the kitchen area to locate the waitress and collect the check. This, by far, was the worst experience I have ever received at this restaurant, or any restaurant for that matter.

This place is nice but I booked a table and they didn't have a table there when arrived and I got there before 10 and still had to pay to get in. The lady in enter is so greedy for money she was making sure everybody paid and it wasn't even after 10 pm yet I will not be back ...and she is also very rude

We met here on Saturday April 21 for my friend's birthday gathering. We arrived before 9 and it was hard to find parking. I will say I had the absolute most fun. I would definitely put this on my list as a go to spot.
