Love big b and all their food! I love these cheese sticks and catfish! super friendly customer service.

We ordered, paid, sat, waited and waited for our food. 1 1 2 after the order we eat food. hardly warm and the order wrong. the hamburger steaks were black. hubby ordered his engraving and swirling on the side, they didn't bring it. we've always asked, and no one has brought it. we went twice to get it. for the third time I have it left with 2 bits steak. I had to go back to get his green tomato. he was done when we got it. then a waitress brought a plate with more green tomats, bevel and gravy. we were all done by then. We never go back.

Incredible lunch on this place today. I think the rest of alexander city agrees with me! the place was full today. I had the brisket sandwich and it was phenomenal. the people are so nice and the service is even better. I will be back in any case!

We went to dinner on Saturday night. we put ourselves on order at 3 p.m. if we hadn't been so hungry and hardly had another place to eat in this city and have already paid for our meal, we would have gone. it was 8:30 before we got our food. it was almost cold and articles left our order. we asked four times before we got our food if they had forgotten us. then the hamburger steaks were black and hard. my man ordered his engraving and swirling on the side, they were on the side. when he didn't get it until he finished his meal. I and our enkelin had gone 4 times in the counter to ask for left eating. then he finally got his green tomato after he got the engraving. that was our first and last time to go here. there were other people on the theke who complained. you have a refund for your meal. we would have got one. Never that it is. it's pathetic. bad eating, bad service and nobody cared for.

Don't waste your money. First, you walk in the door and there's nothing but an arrow telling you to walk around to the counter in the back.Second, the young girls taking the order kept confusing the order and mumbling. Third, it took forever to get our food and there were very few customers. When the food finally arrived the orders were entirely wrong so we had to wait again. I ordered half rack of ribs and I have to say I've never seen grey ribs before. Grey ribs taste exactly like you would think horrible. My husband ordered pulled pork. It was mush and totally disgusting. The fried green tomatoes weren't too bad but all you get is two small slices. Everything was subpar at best. We do not recommend eating here.
