I ate a splendid carpaccio of magatello with robiola, walnut oil and asparagus in four different consistencies (in cream, fried, raw, scalded) and green peppers with fondue filling, aromatic grass butter and black truffle. among the dishes appreciated by the other edibles the salad of sea (with fish of the highest quality and the macaroni to the saffron with mazzancolle and asparagus. as welcome to enter we were served a saucer with three goths: a cream of tuna and a pea powder, a roll of meat salada and robiola and a kiss of lady salted with ricotta and hazelnuts. accompany the meal of the artisan grissini and bread of 5 different types. with coffee the small pastry shop worthy of a starry restaurant (actually! I was in some stars where the pastry did not approach at least this compound of sandy peanuts, chocolate rubies and black sesame, a bowl of assorted mignon and a bag of meringhette in take away format. Without a doubt it is the best choice if you want to eat at Alexandria, for any occasion: a romantic anniversary, a working breakfast or a family lunch because everything is perfect, from food to service.

Start this review saying: I like it so much! all great, from the menu to the service. cured dishes, well presented that enhance the quality of the products, balanced flavors. at the end of the meal the sweet “coccola” composed of mini pastries offered with coffee (not to be missed). adequate price for the place.
Special and delicious gooses, I recommend gnocchi with octopus. friendly and super helpful staff.
Restaurant of great class and exquisite leccornie of rare identification. very kind and professional room staff. Chefs are great. wines available in quantity. the premises are sterilized and very neat and clean. the bathrooms are clean and perfumed. the view is beautiful on the small square of the vescovado.
