Mrjims.pizza - Aledo

This was my 3rd visit to Mr. Jim's. The first two times were good. About a month ago I ordered a Mr. Jim's Special and it was delicious. Tonight I ordered a small Mr. Jim's Special and it was not good. I found one piece of pepperoni and no ham. The crust was very tough, and it was very heavy on the sauce. Maybe because it was a small pizza they cut corners, I don't know. I will give them another try, because they are close, but tonight's dinner was a real disappointment.

We ordered two pizzas, one of them was made wrong, we called and they gave the option to remake or give a coupon. Since this was dinner, we opted to have it remade. The pizza was remade, delivered but left outside on the ground (I 'm assuming no contact although we did not request such nor was the first order delivered that way) which would 've been fine except no one knocked, rang the door bell or gave ANY other indication the pizza had been delivered and was outside. Someone happened to go to the car and noticed the pizza just sitting there. It was very cold by then and thankfully there were no bugs inside the box. Greatly disappointed ? I have no real qualms with the food (little greasy but it is pizza). My last delivery, they completely forgot part of my order (they did refund the missing portion). The delivery service needs work.

Service was excellent. Wings were just ok, sort of small especially for the price, but not awful, just wouldn't order those again. The Jim stix are amazing!!! Sooooo good!!!!! The pizza was good as well, no issues with it. Hot, fresh and accurate. The cinnamon dessert was not good or bad. It had very little flavor at all. Looked good, just no flavor. All in all we will definitely be back! Good quality for the most part. Very fast and nice. Little overpriced, but that's the norm these days for most places. Everyone is dealing with this awful administration. Would have been nice to have coupons, but didn't see any. Like I said, we will be back.

The pizza is like chewing on card board and it's the last thing I'd eat but they are huge social and school supporters and have been since day one.
