Quick follow up...went in there the next day because I was buying a computer across the hall...the coffee still isn’t ready. Go in there to get a coffee at 11am and they tell me to come back in 10 minutes because coffee isn’t ready today. Caribou coffee...it’s in the name. There’s as many caribous in that shop as there is coffee.
No listening the what order. I order frappe coffee latte cold 2 ,but they give coffee latte plain 2. Also when they taking order ddnt ask about cold or hot..
Amazing aroma..very friendly staff and homey atmosphere
Coffee was ok but worse customer service they don’t want to listen to you or repeat ur order and ofcourse end up making wrong coffee and I took 15 min detour in morning to collect coffee from this branch of carribou…. Not again
