Bidrage med feedbackThe day 5/1/2021 I ordered a family pizza at 20:00 through the jot eat app. at 21:15 (an hour and a quarter after I have made the order) I see someone call me by phone, answer and it's the delivery. He tells me that the ticket doesn't show a lot of information about the delivery address, which only shows the street and the portal number and asks me to pick up the pizza on the street. I missed a lot because I've been asking for food for all kinds of establishments through jot eating for years, I haven't changed any data from my account and I've never had any problems. surprised, I tell the dealer that I'm not going down to pick up the pizza and tell him what the floor and the letter from my house is, and do the favor to raise it. The dealer doesn't answer me and hangs the phone. After a few moments, they call the portal phone and I proceed to open. They spend several minutes and the delivery guy doesn't give any signs of life. 10 minutes later, I telephoned the same number from which I had been called by the dealer, and I jumped the automatic response machine with a recording that seems to have been made under the effects of alcohol or a certain psychoactive position, something surreal. you can check if you want to call 91-1983285. I call 2 or 3 minutes, and I hear the same grotesque recording again. I decided to go down the street myself in case the dealer had decided to stay and wait for me to come down, even though I told him I wasn't going to. When I got to the street, there's no one. I opened the jot app like, and I see that there's the phone in the pizzeria, so I'll call them. I'll explain what happened to the voice that appears on the other side of the phone. He asks me to stay and talk to the dealer. Instead of putting the call on hold, he doesn't, so more or less I can fully hear his conversation with the dealer: basically this one tells the pizza shop that he didn't know what my entire address was, and that he's tired of waiting for me to go and that as it was very cold, he's gone. While giving you this explanation, the one in the pizzeria only says ahh, of course, of course. normal. After a few moments, I hear that the voice of the pizzeria turns to me: look, it's that the dealer has had to go because he says you've treated him wrong. I, hallucinating because the only thing I'd told the dealer was that he wasn't going down, I told you. I ask you when the dealership will come with my pizza. Your answer is I don't know, sir. The delivery guy's on the street and I can't tell him how long it'll take. I insist you give me an estimate when I can have the pizza at my house, and you tell me you don't know. I tell you it's a shame what's going on, and of course I'm going to report it to eat, to what literally answers that good, is his word against ours. At this point I lose the papers and start yelling at him on the phone. I'm hanging on the phone. This is the unfortunate and surreal story that describes how the experience of ordering a pizza at this establishment can end. Of course this isn't going to end like this, I've filed a claim in jot like and I'm waiting for your quality department to communicate with me this week, and I'm going to make sure the actions are taken against this crowd. I hope that sharing this will serve at least to prevent other people from going through another situation as nasty as it has been. This type of people should not have any restaurant, at least be able to offer services through jot to eat.
