Sopa Loca - Albuquerque

They are very VERY rude. I am a uber eats driver. The order was not ready, which is fine (even though the order was just 2 soups), but they made a point to come out and tell me off for standing near the designated pick up area, despite their entire dinning room being completely empty (I was not in the way, I was simply standing mear the bar instead of sitting). Would never eat here and will not take orders from here again.Update, while waiting: They then proceeded to sit at the other end of the restraunt, eating, taking about me in spanish, apparently assuming I could not understand them. This place is awful and they have no manners.

The tamales were disappointing. They looked nothing like the picture on the menu.

Ordered menudo that arrived rotten. You could tell once we opened the container. The broccoli cheese seemed to have non of the two items in the name. We all got sick after eating. Never

DoorDashed the Green Chile Stew and Pozole and it is the best I've had in LONG time. Cooked perfectly. Packaged with care and very fresh. Will definitely be ordering again.Dietary restrictions: Green Chile stew and Pozole are GF

I cannot tolerate this restaurant. I would not eat here even if the meal was free. You never know what is happening behind the scenes and the service is extremely slow. The kitchen does not seem to be well-prepared, as they can only manage one order at a time. The staff lacks smiles, courtesy, and basic common sense.
