Bidrage med feedbackThe place is busy most of the time. but they get their orders fast and try to get them in and out quickly. when they order through the app, they wait about 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how busy they are. Those who bring their food have a smile on their face. our drinks were delicious? Food: 4/5
I stopped by yesterday and when I got my order I realized that the coke was too clear, I told the employee and she gave me a nasty attitude and told me that she couldn't do anything about it ???. I asked Do you not know how to add more syrup to the coke machine? And when she brought it back it was the same way. No, I'm not stopping at this location again.
Ice cream machine still down. Waited over an hour to get a Sonia burger and 2 chili tots. Made us wait and didn’t let us know there machine was down for the cooks to get the orders. Really bad bad service. Don’t recommend it
Sat in stall for 10 minutes waiting for a mobile order. Checked in on the app, it popped up on the screen, they never brought it out. Clicked the red button to check on it to be told the stalls were closed and drive through only was operating. Really annoying because the screens were on, there was no signs, no cones blocking the stalls, no one came on the intercom to let me know until I hit the button. I understand if you don't have the workforce to bring the drinks out but just letting people pull in and sit there is ridiculous. Management/Owner can do better.
Friendliness, attitudes, customer service. Pretty much everything sucked. I placed an order on the mobile app for 9 slushes and pulled into a stall and pressed the red button. After waiting about 5 minutes a very rude girl finally came on and said the stalls are closed and hung up. I never even had the opportunity to say a word. Also, on the menu was a sign that said there was no ice cream, and no slushes. So thinking I needed to cancel my order I pushed the red button again. Again I was ignored for about 5 minutes when the dame rude girl answered again and said all the stalls are closed, and only the drive thru is open and hung up once more before I could even request a refund. We did this 2 more times until she stopped answering the call of the red button. So frustrated and angry I pulled into the drive thru, where I told them I needed a refund since all I ordered were slushes and the sign said they didn 't have any slushes. Then the girl said oh, but we have your slushes, we can only do slushes for order using the app. That comment makes no sense to begin with. So I pulled up and there was 2 cars in front of me but another girl came out with my order, handed it to me with a dirty look, didn 't say thank you, or sorry for the inconvenience or anything else. She didn 't say a word and just walked away. It doesn 't help that each of the slushes weren 't even frozen. It was just sweet liquid. I placed a tip on the app and regret having done so since the entire experience was HORRIBLE! And every employee I encountered was rude, angry, unhelpful. I don 't think any of them have ever heard the term customer service . What is worse is this isnt the first, second, third or even fourth time I have been treated this way. I can 't even count the times. The location in Bosque Farms and Los Lunas are the same way. I will not be returning to this location, or any location owned by B&B Consultants ever again, which means I probably won 't be going to Sonic anywhere in New Mexico ever again. Sonic could learn a thing or two from Chik Fil A where I am always treated like a guest instead of a piece of trash. You don 't appreciate my money? Fine, I won 't give it to you. It 's my pleasure to go somewhere else.
