Great place for birthday parties and great food with customer service??

I think his name is Louis! Anyway, he went beyond and beyond with so amazing customer service! He was incredibly short with just one employee and he still managed to give the best service and serve us in the last minute. Thank you, Louis! You're amazing! In any case will come back to this place!

Great place to celebrate a child's birthday party. Short employees like anywhere else, but the manager made sure the pizzas went out in time. Manager also managed the desk at the points of play very well!

This place never fails us! Aliyah and Monique were enormous, they were extremely polite, friendly and professional. They both went beyond and beyond to satisfy our visit, including detailed information about the menu and the products. Very recommended for a family trip!

Visited for the lunch buffet, and was not impressed at all. Me and my family stood at the counter for over 5 mins before anyone came out from the back to greet us. The restaurant was basically empty at the time with maybe 5-8 other people inside. When the employee finally approached the counter, there was no apology for the wait or even a greeting, she simply stood there. We purchased the lunch buffet. The selection was extremely limited, only 3-4 regular pizzas to choose from along with 2 desert pizzas. There were also 2 pastas and a few salad options. The quality of the food terrible. The pizza was flavorless and cold, it seemed as though it had been sitting under the warmer for quite awhile. The pasta was better than the pizza, but still not good. It tasted rubbery and old. The trash cans were overflowing and no employee ever came out to the dining area to check on customers/attend to the area. Will not be returning to this location.
