I visited from out of state and absolutely loved this place! The staff were very welcoming. Ava was extremely kind and gave excellent suggestions on their extensive selection of teas! I grabbed the Earl Grey variety set and also sampled the Oolong. The Earl Grey Cream and Milk Oolong teas are phenomenal!

While visiting a coffee shop in Crested Butte, CO I had a cup of Vintage Earl Gray tea and it is one of the best I ever had. I bought 4 oz to take home, but wanted to buy several pounds, I drink a lot of tea. The shop where I got the tea never answered the phone nor returned any calls so I had to do some searching and I found the source of this gem of a tea. I have been buying only from NM Tea Company now and it is the best move I have made in 40+ years of drinking tea. As many have already stated, the service is top notch, prices are competitive and shipping is extremely quick. It is a win, win finding this company.

Well, as you can tell by the hundreds of 5 star reviews, this place is solid gold. I've been coming here since I quit coffee and worked down the street ten years ago. Selection and quality are both exceptional. You can sample rare gems, and when you get hooked on one, you get a discount when you buy in bulk. (Handy for the amount of tea I drink). Also- design. I mean, I know we're in it for the tea, but well-curated aesthetics never hurt, am I right? Favorites: Royal Yunnan, Nilgiri Indigo, and most recently the Shangrila Oolong. Cute store! Staff was really friendly, too. I came in to get a gift without knowing anything about tea and the lady was patient when explaining things. If I ever do decide to get into tea I would feel comfortable shopping here!
