Mcdonald's - Albuquerque

The night shift was very unprofessional. only the manager was rude. I've told the staff the order numbers more than three times. I tried to tell the manager (female, blue long-sleeved shirt with pony tail) 3 times, the order numbers. the manager threw the window in my face twice. she didn't let me finish telling her the remaining numbers. she had bad customer employees throughout the process. I waited 56 minutes for a terrible experience. I understand that they can be shorthanded, but being unprofessional was not known.

Open the lobby/dining room. The lines are why too long. If they dont want people sitting in there. Then just have take-out only and pickups for call-ins/ doordash and others. The lines would be shorter if they did both.

Can I give them 0 stars? I went through the drive thru this morning and was double charged. I called and asked to speak to a manager and she told me to come back another day and they would make my food. I thought about it and I realized I don’t want that I just want my money back. So I called 156 times on my lunch break and no one answered. I called again later and got someone and this manager told me I can’t have my money back unless I bring the food back. How can I bring back food I never got? These guys are crooks and to be honest it sounds like either their managers or their policies are very smart. So don’t spend your money here. Also McDonald’s has gotten crazy expensive and come on McDonald’s is supposed to be cheap we’re not talking about steak here

I try to remember this place when I come, but they let me go and forth. it is the only mcdonald’s for miles or I would drive happy somewhere else. if they don’t screw up their order, they give them cold eating if they want their order right, then they will wait a loouong time, and whatever they do not come during the “shift change” I’m currently in the line for at least 20 minutes, because there is obviously a team of scientists and the franchise owners dna rehearsing to coordinate microphones in and out at the same time. there is a bk and a jitb next door and the fact that I would rather wait here says a lot, but if their children eat bk nuggets or jitb tacos then they go there because they will be disappointed when they come here. they do not give it that the second chance they think to give them. Edit: 35 minutes still in the line while switching cannot leave. I've done too much time.

The only problem that I have about this place is the ride-dru line, at most days it is the whole way to the main street causing problems for people who drive past most days that stay in this line is a 25-30 minute wait, so mcdonald is better what they want when they will be in this line? I'm just glad that the last two have been there that they got my order right because they haven't been on most days
