Amazing pizza!!! It is great to see that Giovanni opens its doors for all of us to enjoy their pizza and continue Rosario's heritage. The staff were amazing and very friendly for everyone. Pizza tastes as amazing as the first time I ever tried! Best pizza in Albuquerque!!!????????

Was the desire for NY? Test this joint under the recommendation of the employees. Do you have the 12?, half normal half pepperoni. I'm glad I left! The prices are also NY, but they liked it. Viewing other menu items

We enjoyed this fantastic New York pizzeria and met many great staff while there and found that Giovanni 's has been a popular Albuquerque Pizza Landmark for over 30 years. While it was... just by chance we met a very sweet and beautiful lady named Dana Zito, who kindly gave us a considerable amount of her time until the dinner she was wegrief and back to work. On August 30, Ms. Zito tragically lost her husband, Rosario Zito, who was shot and killed during an armed robbery outside his pizzeria soon after graduation. Mr. Zito was the owner of Giovanni's pizzeria. Soon after the shooting Dana Zito said to a gathering of family and friends, my husband was, is a real man, he was a protector, and he is now with God, and that is where he must be. We'll try to keep going. He loves each one of you and we have to get through this together. Giovanni's pizzeria is a real jewel in Albuquerque. If you love pizza, do yourself a favor and fall for a pizza or an Italian meal... and you will be glad that you have done it!

A Slovak!? so delish, one of my favorite pizza spots. Thin crust, crispy, cheeky... enough said!
