However, dinner is not recommended because not only you may wait more than one hour for a seat, but food is just so so, my ribeye steak is only so so, and the $8 added shrimp is tasteless. The wine was good though
The Breakfast Chalupas with poached eggs, spinach, chorizo, green Chile hollandaise, hashbrowns, pico de gallo are so delicious. Lead cooks Virginia and Terrence are the best. They cook with so much passion. Food was good,but a little bland. Hostess and servers were very nice and helpful. They where able to answer any questions about the menu and were willing to accommodate special request. The price seemed a little high for what I got,but was in line with what I expected from a restaurant inside a hotel.
Ok, I don't know what all those other people ate but let me tell you something... Go here for breakfast, resist the temptation of the buffet, and order the Chile relleno omelette. It was fantastic!! Also our service was very good.
I had a pleasant experience here at Forque. My chalupa was delicious. Service was good. No complaints.
