Chili's Grill Bar - Albuquerque

I ordered curbside pickup and waited in spot #2 for the food to be brought out. When the staff member arrived, I handed her a gift card and my debit card, asking her to use $35 from the gift card for payment. Unfortunately, she mistakenly used the entire amount on the gift card instead of just the $35 as requested. When we got home and opened the food, we found it to be disappointing - dried fries, tough steak, and dry fajitas. I mentioned to my husband that the last time we had been to Chili's was 7 years ago, and the experience was just as bad then as it is now. I don't typically ask for anything for free when I receive poor service, but I do expect to receive hot, quality food when I am paying almost $50 for a meal and have to brave the cold to pick it up. I will not be returning to Chili's anytime soon, but I'm grateful that this particular meal was paid for with a gift card.

This store is often cold to sit in. The food is not always as hot as I think it should be. The 3 for me package is a good value.

Cocktails were great. Order was wrong but we just scrapped off the onion ranch off sliders. We shared a mixed appetizer. I’d go back again.
