Iguana Cafe - Albufeira

Great view, a bit warm without a breeze. Had the marinated white anchovies bruschetta. It was good. We had a baguette and panini, portions are large. The roasted chicken baguetta was okay, but I would've liked more filling. Had a lot of bread, so to say. Same for the tuna panini, it was good. The food is good, nothing special. What I disliked however, was making the payment. The receipt came on a plate mentioning that the tip was not included. The lady asked how much to put into the card machine... Subtle. Either include the tips in your prices and just enter the amount or let the customer mention a tip themselves.

Estive algumas vezes no ano passado e este lugar é sempre um ótimo lugar para parar para comer e beber, os funcionários são super simpáticos, prestativos e pacientes. A comida é de ótima qualidade, tivemos o Especial Iguana e Bruschetta de Mussarela

On visiting Portugal for the first time, I had experienced some hit and miss meals due to the over catering to tourists..understandable given the area. On a beautiful Sunday my partner and I walked for miles. We came across this fantastic little gem of a bar/cafe. We rested our tired weary and hungry selves. We were met by a soothing Scottish brogue, our lovely server whos name i didnt get. She suggested I have a sangria. I'd never had one before. We had the beautiful bruschetta and Tortilla. Not only was everything presented well but it tasted so good. I felt my taste buds were treated so well. The local cat performed on cue, lazily weaving his or her way between tables and performed acrobatic moves on the wall that over looks a view that we did not want to move from. It is heaven. The music is low and soothing and if it is possible, hypnotising and we both left (reluctantly) feeling like we had both had a spa treatment. This place is a find. I can understand why they don't have couches or cushions, as people would never ever leave.

É pela vista que você é cobrado, não pela comida. Ou você acha que este pequeno hambúrguer vegano seco vale 8,50€? Mas a vista é incrível e o atendimento muito bom!
