Bella Mia has been our go to for gluten free while in the Poconos for many years. The gluten free pizza is good and they also offer Penne pasta. Over the past few years they have eliminated their other gluten free offerings unfortunately. The owner mentioned that she is just not able to source the items anymore which is not her fault but definitely disappointing for my kids who always looked forward to eating here. Oddly, they also can no longer do gluten free fries. I thought the fries used to be the same ones, just baked instead of put in the fryer so this surprised me. The girl that told me this seemed unsure though so if you are looking for gluten free fries with your pizza, definitely check with the owner as she is familiar with gluten free. For those not needing gluten free, it has been many years since I was able to eat the standard food but it was always very good. I ordered chix parm. I ordered take out so I didn't rone in to rate the atmosphere. I can surely say that the staff and the owner are very friendly and you can tell they provide great service to each and every customer. The chix parm was excellent. Huge portions. They give you salad and bread. One order is enough for two. Or two meals. Definitely recommend dining there.
