Shout out to Ethan for being one of the best bartenders I’ve ever witnessed. I was designated driver which was sad but the way we recommended drinks but kept us in check. His persona and the way he articulated himself was more than professional, and it’s safe to say he made our night for the tavern. The food at the tavern was also exceptional, so good stuff to the chefs as well. Thank you Waterfront for a fantastic evening. Food: 4
