Bidrage med feedbackI'm begging that I'm not usually making reviews, but this is a must. Restaurant discovered thanks to the word of mouth. Within about a month we tried all three routes offered. From the first, Substrate, entirely vegetarian, to Spore, to Growing the only completely blind. It is not a restaurant for all palates, anything but comfort food, but promising young boys will bring you to discover new flavors. An experience that I would define unique today. All detailedly described on their site and of course on social media, accomplice their age on social go strong. 5 tables, intimate environment, minimal furniture and appreciated by all the commensali present all three nights that we have been to them. You don't go to eat as a grower, you make a gastronomic journey worthy of great awards, which I imagine arrive very soon. Hurry.

Restaurant managed by two young brothers who have a great passion and strong desire to grow. A tasting menu with typical dishes of the tradition of the territory and renewed today. Excellent also the particulate wines that have combined us with the dishes. I highly recommend it, also because in the area there is nothing similar to their kitchen. I won't spoil anything, but trust me there are really great dishes that will amaze you

Birthday dinner, me and my partner. We booked a certain advance, as it is better to do with places like this and we did well, as, by choice of the owners, the tables available are only five. A decision that I appreciate so that I can pay attention to the guests. Fantastic evening, at the level of atmosphere, of professionalism, of passion and, of course, of excellent cuisine. We chose to make the menu at La Carte, giving us advice directly from Riccardo, Maitre sommelier of elegance, refinement and a unique grace! I do not spoiler on the dishes, so let those who read the same curiosity that accompanied us between a plate and the other. I only write that the descriptions of the courses were perfect, they were punctually confirmed to the palate, explosives and distinct tastes. This restaurant is a real pride for our territory and it is worth getting to know the most. Last but not least, a praise of course to the Chef, Matteo. Wonderful dishes, abundant right, refined, with cooking and perfect temperatures to not write ideas and study behind them. What to add? We will definitely return, to try the tastings, as already anticipated to Riccardo. Miticians!!! Vegetarian options: Special menu, for those who need it. Parking: Parking nearby, given the excellent location of the premises. Wheelchair accessibility: The place seemed to have no architectural barriers. We didn't use the bathroom, so we can't express it.
