The crew on 5-2-24 at 5:30 in Albia, IA were super nice, very helpful and patient with our ordering! Loved their patience and positive attitudes! Loved their enthusiasm and patience! Kudos to Hardees!

I ordered 2 snack wrap without lettuce and they both had lettuce on them. Lettuce makes me sick and I can not eat anything that even touches it. This isn't the 1st time this has happened. I understand that business are needing help badly right now but please please stop hiring incompetent idiots.

Nathan at the Albia location is SO entertaining! I never knew a Hardee’s drive-through could be so funny! I don’t even care how my food tastes. I’d go back just so he could make my day better. He definitely deserves a raise!
