Usually this is my favorite huddle house but ate here this morning 8-11-23 and was by far the worse visit i ever had got there right at 7:55 am put in our order they were busy so we sat there drinking coffee and waiting on our food well around 8:27 we were told our ticket got lost and our order didn't get made so she reprinted it and said they are making it now so we waited got our order at 8:45 and of course my eggs were under cooked not over well like i ordered but ate what i could of them we finished she brought the check im thinking well they should take care of it for us having to wait so long NOPE not even a discount even when i went to pay i brought it up that i should at least get a discount she acted like she didn't here me right now im 60/40 on going back the manager should have took care of our meal i didnt lose the damn order they did Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I find these 1 star reviews absolutely ridiculous because of the negligence of another! Because someone wraps his teeth in a napkin and doesn't recognize it for 4/5 hours, will it mistake employees? And to the level of calling them liars and thieves because they were accidentally thrown into the garbage? Should they dig trash through every PC left on a table because there is a chance that someone left his teeth in crimped napkins? This is easily ignorant to expect from everyone! I know the employees and ALL the mgmt from branch to top and I can assure everyone that they are anything but liars and thieves! The fact that 1 person was negligent and wants everyone except himself to blame and then all their friends have to write bad criticism because of their mistake is childish and foolish. I would recommend this place to everyone! Staff, management and food were always top notch!
