Thank god they brought back the steak egg and cheese bagel

Everytime we visit the McDonald's on East Main St, Albemarle 28001, the service is very good, friendly and courteous. I really would like to thank them as yesterday (3/4/24), the employees went up and beyond the usual customer service. My wife had inadvertently put her cell phone on the tray, not knowing this and both of us being busy with our 23 mo. old granddaughter, you can say a major oopsy occured. After getting home, my wife realized her phone was missing. I went back to McDonald's and asked and the employees were tremendously helpful as the phone was in the garbage along with the refuse. They helped me and also retrieved the phone for us. Awesome People work there. Thank you so much for being so considerate and helpful. Love our McDonald's on Rt 52, Albemarle. Got the wrong order. If I didn't check it I would have drove off. They fixed

They deserve only two stars because sometimes they’re good in the mornings they’re nice but in the evenings the staff changes to the lazy aggravating people that you just wish you had not gone there

Went to the drive thru because curbside never works, and inside was closed. Waiting about 30 minutes to an hour at drive for no one to ask me what can I order. I had to call the store to have someone come to the drive thru. Not just that but rude customer service. Why have curbside and drive thru if no one wants to use it to help their customers at all.
