Kfc - Albemarle

On March 15th at 6:39 PM. My family and I ordered a 12 piece family meal original. We were told there was no white meat so we would receive all dark meat we accepted. We live an hour away from this location and were traveling and decided to stop due to passing the KFC on the way home. We received our food the bag was very heavy and we didn’t feel the need to check our food as I’ve never done leaving a KFC establishment. Upon arriving home and preparing plates for my family I opened the buck which had 6 BISCUITS 6 pieces of chicken. We did not receive 6 pieces of chicken causing me to have to spend more money to feed my family after a long road trip. This is completely unacceptable and I quite frankly feel as though our money was stolen intentionally.

All I have to say is if you do an order ahead please check your stuff. If I’m ordering something to go that requires utensils can you please put them in my bag? And if you’re out of a drink that is ordered don’t just put whatever you want in my cup that I’m paying for. Just wait to tell me you’re out of it so I can choose my own.

Food was decent. Mac and cheese is ALWAYS dried out when I get it. But mashed potatoes are good and chicken is good if it's fresh... some times you can tell it's been there for a while

I was given the wrong food and when I took the food back the shift leader was rude and would not provide the correct food when receipt was provided.i would never go back!!!!!

Good when done right which is rare ordered some today and nearly ate raw chicken but thankfully I trusted my gut when the chicken felt different and cut it open just for it to be raw inside debating on if I’ll ever come back plus it’s just overpriced
