HK Cafe Albany

The lunch special at HK Cafe is a great value option in Albany. It's rare to find anything under $10 for lunch, but this place offers a satisfying meal for that price. The serving size is decent, in fact, I couldn't finish all of mine. I highly recommend giving it a try!

This place was recommended to me by a good local lady. I visited in the evening, it was very quiet, which made me nervous about what kind of food quality I might receive. I am happy, I received a wonderful meal! Portions are good, reasonably priced. Taste is marvelous. Main ingredients plentiful fresh. Service was good, greeted by cheerful staff. Our 1st meal was at HK Cafe on the main street going through the centre of town, and a short walk from our hotel. We were looking for two things when we set out. Good Chinese food and a gluten-free menu. Happily, we found both with HK Cafe. The cafe had a very cozy atmosphere and the staff were very attentive. It was refreshing to find staff who spoke English well and understood the special dietary needs of a Coeliac. The dishes were generous and contained very fresh ingredients. The menu was very reasonably priced for a regional area and the service was warm, friendly and professional.

The affordable lunch special at this restaurant is always busy, with freshly prepared dishes and quick service. The honey chicken and sweet and sour pork were both delicious options. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Amazing food, love the new owners and now they serve boba tea. Need to update their opening hours tho on google. such good value too! will definitely be a regular!!
