Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Eating is generally good. I ordered on the line when I picked up the order. someone had picked up my order. I waited 20 minutes after. I had to wait another 20 minutes until they prepare my order.

I got sick, only from the smell of the things I bought. it was the oil they used to cook. it was probably old oil because I got sick for a few minutes after I was gone. I may try it again, but if I get the same reaction, the definitiw will be my last.

I tried to order online but it wouldn't let me so I called and was told that online shuts down at 8:30 pm and that I could just come in and order which would be quicker than the drive thru. The young lady was absolutely right. We got our order in about 5 minutes and was on our way. The food was great as usual. I always look forward to Zaxby's when I come home.

Quick courteous service?. Very good housekeeping including the exterior?. I noticed everyone in near proximity to customers were wearing a mask?……… upon future review my first visit I purchased cob salad which was amazingly delicious. I noticed on my receipt a survey , upon completion of survey received code for free Big Zac snack . I was thrilled couldn’t to return. Well I returned for snack . I was heart broken ? too much set the fries the chicken the bread tasted salty. If I visit again it’s for salads only ?…….. my original post was 4 stars as you can see that changed ?…..I did return to Zaxby’s nearly a mont later . My order was for Cobb salad. Since I did the survey, I was offered another Zack snack pack. So this time I requested no salt on fries or chicken. Very consumable this time . But I’m sticking to Cobb salad . Limited salt plus healthier ?so we m addi a star and a half ?

Food was good service in zaxbys in Albany Ga is still suffering from the closures during covid. Service is slow and workers act like they hate their jobs or working because the company needs them not them needing a job. So sad to see.
