This is the most wonderful restaurant. I come here with my partner for their curries and they are ever so lovely. Service is wonderful and the atmosphere is welcoming, although it can be a bit dark on cloudy days. We loved Sri Siam! Placed an order online, my fiancé went to pick it up, and the staff member said there was no record of our order, even though he had a confirmation number and his credit card was charged. The staff member kept telling him “no receipt, no food”. I then called to try to explain the situation to prevent it from happening to others, and the staff member said “it’s only you, I have 5 other orders here”. Interesting there is a review from 3 days ago with a similar issue. We won’t be back for take out until the system is fixed and staff are trained in service recovery.
