Kfc - Albany

I went in for lunch at 11:50 am on 9/28/2022, and I was heading for the bathroom to wash my hands before eating. I was stopped by 2 employees behind the counter, saying that the bathrooms were our of order. One had a smirk on his face as the other wastelling that they have to go to the movie theater next door. I asked if the district manager knows about this as was the storemanager. A pause, then they said they are addressing the problem. I did not believe a word of it and I left. This is not thefirst time a complaint was made by me as the store is run by incompetent and the place is usually filthy. Seem like themanager and district manager are satisfied with the way the place is run or changes would have already been made. Best option,go anywhere but there.

The bun on my chicken sandwich was very, very cold. That brought the temperature of the fried fresh???????? chicken piece down very fast

Courteous staff. The classic chicken and spicy chicken sandwiches were perfect and made fresh to order. The tacos from the taco bell side were good too. Nice to see people striving for excellence. Keep it up folks ????????????
