Kaiyo Sushi - Albany

When I ordered online, my purchase did not qualify for earning stars (a point program they offer for every $10 spent) which didn't make any sense, considering it gave me the option to do so and never explained why I didn't qualify for it. Is there something I did wrong?Food: 3/5

Sushi was good..says my daughter who eats sushi...Waited unnecessarily long for the order once it was ready though. May have been I didn't know how the place worked but still...it was empty n I was obviously oblivious. Just saying.Food: 5/5

The sushi is absolutely phenomenal!!!! Fresh made before your eyes. Place was clean, no fishy smells, and clean professional staff that were very fast. Love itFood: 5/5

Went for lunch on Thursday and had a few of the sushi plates from the conveyer belt. We ordered sashimi and it was pretty good. The peppered tuna was something different I never encountered before so the flavor was unique yet tasty. The only thing I would say is to improve their wasabi. It was a little dry. Overall service was good and quick.
