Dairy Queen - Albany

This is the worst DQ I’ve ever been in. For startersthe bathroom was dirty. They didn’t have any towels, soap and the floor was sticky. The food took 30 mins and my kids meal had the food thrown in there. Seriously..::the burger was scattered all over the bag.and the fries were soggy from grease. They were out of ketchup and straws. I asked for a refund and she couldn’t figure out how to complete the transaction. Again.worst DQ ever. Do yourself a favor and just keep driving through town. My son lives in albany ,iv tried 4 times to order inside and drivethrough over years. It seems their never willing to serve or work i walked out last year from inside, no customers but no one came to counter to take order .so i left . Went to see my grandaughter yesterday and left to get late lunch went to drivethrough sat at intercome no one answered. 2 adults talking at drive window to worker ,the saw me but no one moved or answered to order still,so i back out and left . Ill never return again but who cares right. Not them . Albany texas please close this dairy queen and bring in new resturants this one is not serving your community or any outside communities. .but theyve been doing this for years so it seems no one cares . So ill pray the owner cares someday. Service: 1

Won't be ordering from them again until they decide to open the lobby. Drive through only. I guess the new manager wants it be closed for good. Could have told us that when ordered. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
