Bruegger's Bagels - Albany

I order the same meal every Saturday. A bagel and coffee. About 50% of the time a coffee arrives and about 10% of the time they include the cream and sugar

My Smokehouse Brisket Egg was good, but they forgot the jalapeño cream cheese. This place always forgets something on my orders. Occasionally missing an item I can put up with, but its EVERY time. Otherwise, the food is quite tasty.

I ordered the Western Brisket as is and the sandwich was made on a plain bagel. No peppers, no onions.

This is the second time i didnt get peppered bacon.. this takes like smoked bacon.. there has been a new emplost this location recent and my order has been messed up the last 2 times.

The Leonardo Dicaprio (Divinci) is a great sandwich. Bagels are soft warm, fresh. The two workers there are friendly. No complaints at all. Very happy for this place.
