Carolina Caffe - Alba Iulia

The location and the building are really wonderful. Unfortunately the drink specialties do not posses any quality and definetly not worth the price. The bathroom is dirty, the staff is amateur, especially the bartender, and does not accept criticism, because according to a remark that I made about the hideous ice Late (if I can call that an ice Late), I encountered an unprofessional behavior… I heard nasty comments near the open window. I do NOT recommend the place!!!

Serving is very very slow. The waiter seems depressed, the pizza is the worst. First thing you are greeted with is “We only accept cash”. Tourist trap, there are better options.

SCAM WARNING: member of staff stated it was 'cash only ', then did a short-change scam by giving us only 5 lei change and then quickly walking way (instead of 24 lei change). We walked after the staff member and challenged them. The member of staff appeared guilty and refunded the money. Note: There were a number of staff operating in the restaurant at the time. Sadly, 'Google review ' will not allow a description of the member of staff responsible for the scam to be included in this review.

Best place in town for coffee and food in town! The personal it's very kind and ready to help you anytime! It's also located in a very turistic area in the historical place of citadel. I highly recommend it!

I had pizza but it wasn't good. Too much dough and dry.
