The best pasta with truffles! Here was my first experience with pasta and white truffles last year. We came back this year to have lunch on this restaurant two times. And after trying pasta with truffles in almost all the restaurants i visited during my holiday

This restaurant is hidden below Cafe Umberto in a series of brick walled rooms resembling wine caves. Though the tasting menu tempted us, we decided we didn 't need quite that much food and so ordered the veal cheek and rabbit entrees. Both were delicious and even without ordering the tasting menu, we were treated to a couple of additional tastes during out meal. A wonderful surprise! The wine list is extensive with many bottles prices from 35 to 70 euros. A great choice for dinner in Alba.

We start with plate of cheese and to the main we eat white truffle spaghetti really the best , and gnocchi was great to. So very recommended restaurant in Alba.

It was years ago, but still an excellent restaurant. would always recommend and defford back.

Always good even if attending the place for several years I noticed an increase of attention in the care of the premises and the service while for the kitchen I appreciated more the a little more rustic than some time ago...cmq is always a great approdo for the gourmets in sunrise!
