Chalet Stella D'oro - ALBA

We didn't know this restaurant and we happened to walk on the waterfront. We were pleasantly welcomed and served. The children's play area makes the evening comfortable for families. Great fish. Mr. Luigi was very kind and very nice. THANKS

It was the first time I went pizza, it's good. I'm not a pizza lover. . make fish

We enter and the very nice and exuberant owner arrives with a beautiful and large bass showing us the authentic freshness of the fish that has anchored the belly where it was eviscerated dirty of blood but of a beautiful color very alive. We don't like it right now, but I'm a sketch. I don't want to ruin anyone's night. Then the same scene overwritten happens in another table...the fish is the same...shared of blood i.e. and in the same way...that is shown by the triumphant owner and satisfied for so much wonder. Then the fish is cooked and we ask it is clean and untied. Shortly after they report it but there are no fillets as the meat is all spiced in minimal fragments. I make two reasoned and I must agree that the ray was there. the bass is peeled for fishing in the morning... and it is known that the freshness of the fish is preserved if immediately it is avoided... operation that involves shedding of blood but in the evening... after 10/12 hours...can not be of bright red color but brown. Then... if it was cool the fish would have meat even if cooked still soda and then compact and not all paraded and toned. Then we add the having carried away for the restaurant the same fish in two distant tables... in an attempt to hide it to the other... and then the price...a corner of one kg... plus a mixed fried and half liter of wine of the house... favor price for friend ...50€. The disappointment is not so much for the cost but for the ray put in place... or... still a wanted tourist is considered a...fesso... He did not protest not to create confusion screams and other...but the disappointment was painful also for the magnificent smile with which the owner advertised the poor and only bass brought around that day. Just these little but annoying rays!!!

STELLA D 'ORO Chalet restaurant pizzeria, on the north seafront of Alba Adriatica, with a large indoor area, as well as beachside tables and many others on the street side. It offers both à la carte dishes and tourist menu for €. 14 with the exception of drinks and covered. I took spaghetti with mussels and clams, a nice dish abundant well managed with fresh and tasty seafood, especially the mussels of excellent quality Per second n. 2 skewers, soft not burnt and not dry and hard, as I happened in other restaurants. I also took out a fragrant fritturina menu. Still white vinello of the area well matched with fish menu. Lemon sorbet and pineapple slice have concluded a pleasant lunch at the fresh sea breeze on the shaded side in front of the beach. Friendly and solert youth staff. So in the local complex recommended especially for the excellent price/quality ratio. To return, even to try the pizzas that only prepare in the evening. Saturday evening, July 21, 2017, I returned with friends, after opportune and recommended reservation, to taste the excellent pizzas proposed by this cute chalet. The attached photos are more eloquent than any comment. I only appreciate the fresh and delicious seaman mussels! For young people, the chalet also has a Latin American dance floor. Fun and good pizza are guaranteed! Remember to book in time since every evening is a real full of tourists and holidaymakers who confirm the validity of this chalet restaurant Pizzeria!
