Subway - Alamo

This is my local Alamo Subway which I 've gone to and supported for years. Just had terrible service from a new guy at the cash register sure hope he wasn 't the owner! Using my Subway card from my cell (which I always use and just used yesterday at another Subway) he said it wouldn 't take my card. He was rude when I asked if I could try again and said I see it every day Then it worked! After which I asked if I could have some extra napkins since I would be eating in the car and he asked me if I got 2 or 4 in the bag? Really? I looked, and said 2 and he gave me a one little napkin piece not even a regular Subway napkin! I hope he isn 't there or doesn 't 'help ' me next time.

Worst sandwich ever. The manager can't speak English so he has no idea what you want and he doesn't care anyway. Asked for extra tomatoes and got two tiny extra halves. You have to point because he doesn't understand. They just don't want to have to refill the condiments. And I got three slices of meat and I know it is supposed to be six. Just super lazy and super sloppy and not a friendly atmosphere. Skimpy cheese. And they charged 7 dollars for a **** sandwich. Go to Safeway for a better sandwich for just a little more. Oh, and the bread was old and hard as a rock. Subway should shut this place DOWN.

Skimpiest sub I have ever gotten from a Subway eatery! I ordered a 12 inch sub and I feel like he took the amount of meat and cheese that goes on a 6 sub and spread it across the 12 bun! I usually love the subs I order at Subway and was totally disappointed with what I received at this Subway! I will never go to this one again! Maybe he was new or maybe he owned this place, just be aware of what you are getting when you order a sub here! Sub par for sure!

The time before I got a less than perfect sandwich and so this time I took my time describing exactly how I like my sandwich done. Well the sandwich nazi who 's in charge behind the cash register said and I quote: This aint Starbucks bro, you can 't have it your way . I was shocked and dumbfounded. But the next thing he said blew me away. He said What are you going to do about it? I actually got a pretty decent sandwich that time because I gave thorough instructions but I lost my appetite by being offended by such a horrendous attitude out of nowhere and will never go back there.

Not sure why I keep reviewing subway's but I feel it's either great or it's horrible. This place is always great imo. Also confused by low ratings. I was going weekly and even with a long line they were super quick, always greeted me and bread was always great. Zero complaints
