Sanborns - Álamo

There are a number of Sanborns in Veracruz, all are a business / restaurant. The restaurant is your average diner. Breakfast is usually good, and lunch consists of all normal products. There's nothing big or terrible about Sanborns. If you are looking for an average meal at an average price, then Sanborns will work. It works well if you want to keep the price down while some fuel in the tank, but it is not a place to go for a dinning experience.

Clean, reasonable food, good bathrooms. Service is good a bit over priced, close to banks, across the stree to the zocolo. Good store for some highly priced items from cigars, music, books and a lager varity of objects.

Ate here a several occassions and the food was always fresh and hot, great service I would recommend this restaurant for sure scrambled eggs with black beans was the best!!

The food was very bland, obviously made in advance and heated up, and not even that was done right. Service was OK, but the food was not worth eating.
