Hometown Donuts - Alameda

Go to GREAT donuts and lunch food. SUPER beautiful family who work hard to make TASTY donuts and other objects. Love this place and the family!!! BTW... other donuts in Alameda try, but their donuts NIE are so delicious everywhere nearby.

I really love this place and the owners. Our Family has grown with them. We've been coming here for 21 years. They're truly the best donuts around. I don't know what they do to their donuts but they're amazing! Great family, great donut shop. This is the only place we go.

Hours are wrong. No one here. No sign on door. So rude not to even have a sign on the door. What are the real hours???

I've been passing this place so often, and I've decided to try it today, and my only regret is that I didn't come here earlier! The owner was so nice and there was a good selection of donuts and the biggest croissants I've ever seen in a donut shop, they looked so good, I'll get them to breakfast right away. Prices were great and fair, and the donuts are SO DELICIOUS!! I have the chocolate glaze with sprinkles/kissen, mini apple butter, donut holes and chocolate butter milk bar (which is now my favorite!. 10/10, and they serve for lunch, so I will also return for the burgers!!!

Lovely people, and fries are always cooked fresh when you order.
